related services reports, discipline records, FBA and BIPs, standardized testing, and any

● 1 hour consultation prior to school meeting
● School meeting, one per school year, up to 3 hours in person or virtual
● Travel to and from school for in person meeting (up to 25 miles, additional miles will
incur additional cost)
● Up to 1 hour consultation post meeting
● Follow up consultation within 3 weeks of meeting
